由于在船舶柴油机一种新型电控式气缸润滑系统研发的过程中,系统中的步进电机出现了堵转、失步或无法带动气缸润滑油注油泵等问题,因此为探索研究驱动注油泵需要的力矩大小,设计并实施了气缸润滑系统的驱动扭矩试验。试验研究分别讨论了驱动转速、油温、背压、注油单元个数、循环喷油量等因素与驱动扭矩之间的影响关系,为国产新型电子控制式气缸润滑系统中的注油泵和步进电机的选配及推广应用提供数据参考。
As the stepper motor in the process of research and development in marine diesel engine of a new electronically controlled cylinder lubricating oiling system, the stepping motor of the system appears some problemssuch as locked-rotor, out of step or cannot drive the pump. Therefore to explore the torque size for driven the injection pump required, designed and implemented the cylinder lubricator system driving torque test.Experimental study discussed the relationship between the drive torque with the drive speed, oil temperature, back pressure, injection unit number, loop fuel injection quantity etc. That's for the pump and the stepper motor matching of cylinder lubricator system and provide reference data.
