基于近似模型技术和多目标优化理论开展框架结构优化设计。针对传统优化方法不能实现自动计算和连续优化的问题,采用APDL参数化语言实现了框架结构的参数化建模,并将Ansys与ISIGHT集成搭建了框架结构的优化设计流程。基于试验设计,根据灵敏度分析完成了框架结构设计变量的筛选,通过近似模型的精度分析构建了框架结构响应面近似模型。采用响应面近似模型进行数值计算,使用智能优化算法完成框架结构单目标和多目标优化设计,并将结果与有限元计算值对比,验证基于近似模型优化的准确性。
Based on approximate model technology and multi-objective optimal theory, non-pressue frame structure optimial design have been performed.Considering the traditional optimization design cann't realize automatic calculation and continuous optimization, this paper build a parametric model of frame structure using APDL language and set up a optimizing design process of frame structure through integrating Ansys with ISIGHT software. Based on the design experiment, this paper completes the choose of frame structure design variables through analyzing sensitive degrees of design variable and builds response surface approximation model through the precision analysis of approximate mode.Single objective and multi-objective optimial design of frame structure are carried out using response surface approximation model combined with an intelligent optimization algorithm.Compared with the result of FEA result, the correctness of optimial result is peformed.
