针对老旧舰艇服役时间长、装备老化、设备工况不稳定、故障可预测性差及维修技术难度大的问题,提出远程技术支援体系的建立与应用,以提高维修效能,保障舰艇执行任务。结合舰艇维修实际工作,介绍CRM管理系统的概念、远程技术支援体系建立方法及舰艇装备维修远程技术支援体系的应用。
According to the problems of the ships including servicing for a long time, aging equipments, unstable condition of the equipments, difficult forecasting of the faults, difficult maintenance, we put forward the establishment and application of the remote technical support setup, to improve the efficiency of maintenance. This paper introduces the concept of CRM management system, the method of establishing the remote technical support setup, and introduces the application of remote technical support in the practical.
