83 000 m3超大型液化气船(VLGC)是国内首次接单的该类船型,其建造难度非常大,能否安全、高效、精确的进行液货舱吊装定位,将直接影响到整船的建造效率和安装精度。本文对液货舱整体吊装方案进行有限元校核计算,分析,评估整吊方案的可行性,并给出结构补强建议,确保整吊安全,对该类型的独立液货舱的吊装方案设计具有重要参考意义和指导作用。
83 000 m3 very large gas carrier, which is first of this type ships interiorly, the design and construction of ships are more complicated. Lifting and positioning independent cargo tank in safe and efficient accurate is direct impact the whole installation and construction progress. In this paper, FEA for the whole cargo tank lifting plan, analysis and evaluate feasibility, and get suggestion on structure reinforcement. Which can be taken as guidance for lifting Type-A independent cargo tank.
