通信网络服务化已成为传统通信向信息网络演进的重要规范和基本途径。本文针对海上战术通信网络服务化问题，分析海上战术通信网络的网络特点及服务需求，提出一种海上战术通信网络的功能结构和服务架构，并对其关键技术进行初步研究。
Communication network service has been the important norm and basic way to make communication network evoluting from traditional communication to information network. In order to realize the service of maritime tactical communication network, the network feature and service demand of martime tactical communication network are analyzed. Then, the function structure and service framework of martime tactical communication network are proposed. Finally, the key techniques are studied preliminarily.
