随着技术的不断发展,现代舰船的能量消耗越来越大,舰上的节能问题日益凸显。用于暖通制冷的能量在舰船总能量消耗中占据很大比例。舰上热管理系统可有效监控舱室温度和环境,并进行控制调节,对舰上节能有重要意义。本文介绍了美国“尼米兹”级航母引入的新型热管理控制系统,对其系统组成、功能实现及发展应用情况进行了详细分析,可为相关设计提供参考。
With the development of technology, the energy consumption of modern ships increases continuously, the shipboard energy saving is becoming more and more importance. Shipboard HVAC system is one of the major energy consumers. The thermal management system can effectively monitor and control the temperature and environment of the ship cabins, resulting energy saving. This paper introduces the new thermal management system developed by the U.S. navy which has been employed on the Nimitz-class aircraft carriers. The system composition, functions and employment of this system are introduced and analyzed in details, which would offer reference to the design of domestic system.
