本文建立斜齿轮弯曲-扭转-轴向耦合振动分析模型,在模型中考虑齿廓修形和齿向修形,利用数值分析确定斜齿轮啮合线方向的振动加速度。并且,对斜齿轮进行修形加工,建立斜齿轮功率封闭振动测试试验台,利用光栅传感器测试斜齿轮啮合线方向的振动加速度值。结果表明,本文建立的弯曲-扭转-轴向耦合振动分析模型预测的斜齿轮啮合线振动加速度和试验测试的结果趋势一致;修形后,试验斜齿轮的振动加速度均方根值较未修形斜齿轮降低了55.3%。通过齿廓和齿向修形,斜齿轮传动的振动幅度大幅降低。
In the present work, a coupled bending-torsion-axial vibration model of helical gear was developed considering flank modification. Helical gears vibration acceleration in line of action was numerically determined using this model. Furthermore, helical gears with flank modification were manufactured and a power circulatory type gear test rig for vibration measurement was established. The vibration acceleration in line of action was measured using a pair of grating sensors. It is shown that the vibration acceleration in line of action predicted by the present model is in the similar trend with the experimental results, and the root mean square values of vibration acceleration are reduced to 55.3% of that of the gears without flank modification. Vibration level of helical gear is dramatically decreased through flank modification.
