利用APDL参数化有限元方法模拟肋骨径向初挠度的各种缺陷形式及分布,通过系列计算和无量纲化对比,研究内、外肋骨局部内凹、外凸和整体椭圆度对圆柱壳结构强度和稳定性的具体影响特征,可为结构超差加强提供有用的参考依据和合理化建议。跨端壳板内表面纵向应力σ1对肋骨局部凹凸度十分敏感,局部外凸对σ1很不利。局部外凸对内肋骨面板不利,内凹对外肋骨面板不利;外肋骨局部外凸使腹板、面板应力减小,是有利的。0.25R%整体椭圆度对径向变形影响很大,对结构应力影响很小。
To simulate the initial radial deformation of ribs, APDL programs had been written to calculate and analyze the influence of local concave or convex and elliptical shape on structural strength of ring-stiffened cylindrical shell. Some useful results from dimensionless comparison are available to offer guide and suggestions for the strengthening plan. Local convex shape of rib could lead to a great increase amplitude of internal longitudinal stress, which is sensitive to initial local radial deformation, of cylindrical hull under the rib. However, local convex shape is good for external rib's circumferential stress, the opposite is true for internal rib. Elliptical shape of 0.25 R% could change the radial deformation of cylindrical shell under hydrostatic pressure dramatically, but has no significant influence on the structural stress status.
