圆柱型旋流器因其结构简单,磨损小,是国外水润滑轴承净水装置的主流应用型式。本文基于CFD软件Fluent对水润滑轴承供水系统的过滤装置-旋流器流场进行了数值模拟,分析了底部档板对旋流器中速度场和压降的影响。分析结果表明:底部有挡板的旋流器的自由涡比例几乎为零,有利于提高分离效率,由于挡板的存在,破坏空气柱的形成,有效地降低了能耗。通过试验验证了数值模拟结果的正确性,为旋流器的设计提供参考,具有实际应用价值。
With simple structure and low wear, cylindrical cyclone have been main application of water lubricated bearing water purification device type in foreign.Flow field of cyclone, the filtering device of Water lubricated bearing water supply system, were simulated by CFD software Fluent means in this article with the purpose of analyzing the influence of velocity field and pressure drop in cyclone by the baffle in the bottom. The analysis results show that the ratio of free vortex of cyclone with baffle in the bottom is almost zero, which is helpful to improve the separation efficiency, and Due to of the existence of the baffle, making the air column broken, effectively reduce the energy consumption. The correctness of the numerical simulation results are validated by test, provide guidance for the design of cyclone and have practical application value.
