搭建了某16 V增压柴油机的一维仿真GT-power模型,并通过试验数据对模型进行标定。分别对柴油机在高排气背压下工作时,进气早开角、进气晚关角、排气早开角和排气晚关角对柴油机性能的影响进行了计算和分析,并且借助多学科设计优化软件Isight,采用改进的非支配排序遗传算法对配气相位进行了多目标优化。最后在寻优结果的基础上,进行了试验研究。结果表明高排气背压下工作的柴油机,配气相位优化的主要方向是通过减小进气早开角和排气晚关角以减小气门叠开角,从而减小高排气压力对缸内废气倒灌以及进气道倒灌的影响;在降低涡前排温的同时,由于充气效率的降低,会导致柴油机的燃油消耗率升高;通过多目标优化对配气相位优化后,涡前排温降低了10.9℃,有效地改善了柴油机在高排气背压下的热负荷问题。
A 1-D model of a 16 V Diesel engine was built with GT-power and calibrated with the test data. The effect of different timing of intake valve open, intake valve close, exhaust valve open and exhaust valve close on diesel engine performance which works under high exhaust back pressure were calculated and analyzed, and the multi-objective optimal design of Diesel engine valve timing was completed with the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) by Isight. Finally, the test study on the acquired computational results was completed. The results showed that reducing the valve overlap angle properly through the reduction of IVO and EVC could weaken the influence of high exhaust back pressure on exhaust back flow into the cylinder and the intake port of the diesel under the high exhaust back pressure. But the brake specific fuel consumption will increase slightly at the same time. The performance was improved efficiently that the average inlet temperature of turbine decreased by 10.9℃ through the optimal.
