目前我国航运信息系统存在地域间、部门间数据资源无法共享,数据资源缺乏统一规划等问题,这些问题导致我国的航运管理水平滞后于航运行业的需求。如何加强跨区域的资源协同和数据共享,整合数据资源,提高船联网的管理和保障能力,已经成为行业研究的重点。本文在信息规划和资源共享机制基础上实现了跨区域船联网资源整合及管理系统。
At present our country shipping information system data resources between regions and between departments cannot be shared, the problem of unified planning data such as lack of resources, these problems lead to China's shipping management level lags behind the demand of the shipping industry. How to strengthen inter regional resource collaboration and data sharing, integration of data resources, improve the management and protection of the marine network, it has become the focus of research in the industry. This paper realized the integration and management system of cross regional marine resources based on information planning and resource sharing mechanism.
