我国内河航运发展迅速,但由于内河各闸口的属地及归属部门并不相同,其部门之间的信息缺乏统一的共享及管理机制,成为制约船联网工程实施中的重要因素之一,同时资源共享及管理机制的优劣决定着船联网工程的成败。本文对我国内河航运船舶的信息资源数据进行了分析归类,在此基础上提出了一种船联网中的跨区域信息资源融合与管理系统,可有效实现内河各船舶及不同管理部门之间的信息共享,提高了内河航运管理的信息化水平。
Our inland shipping development is rapid, but because of the gate of the territorial department of inland ownership is not the same, it is lack of information sharing and unified management mechanism different between departments, become one of the important factors that restrict the implementation of the project of the networking of the ship. At the same time, the performance of resource sharing and management mechanism determine the failure of ship network project. Based on the classification of information resources of inland waterway shipping, this paper proposes a cross regional information resource integration and management system, it can effectively realize the information sharing between the inland river ships and different management departments, and improve the information level of inland waterway shipping management.
