在船舶功能日益强大的今天,船舶的信息化制造和管理扮演着非常重要的作用,尤其是全球化的发展,已经使船舶制造领域的企业联系在一起,因此建立综合的信息化管理系统有利于船舶的成本降低和资源利用效率的最大化。本文采用先进的分布式管理方法,对船舶设计过程中涉及到的信息交换问题进行集中的解决。通过多任务并行处理的方法,对船舶设计过程中的需求进行合理的分配,最后本文建立数据库系统,对设计的各模块进行统一的数据存储。
Ship's information-based manufacturing and management plays a very important role in the ship's function becoming more and more powerful. Especially in the development of globalization, various enterprises in the shipbuilding industry have been linked together. Information management system is conducive to the reduction of the cost of the ship and the maximization of resource utilization efficiency. In this paper, the advanced distributed management method is adopted to solve the problem of information exchange which is involved in the ship design process. The multi-task parallel processing method is used to allocate the demand in the ship design process. At last, a unified data storage system is designed for each module of the database system.
