为保证船舶安全,需对大型船用泵组电气控制自动切换中出现的故障进行排查。本文介绍大型用泵组电气控制设备自动切换故障排查的设计思路及工作原理,采用Labview控制系统使得运行泵和备用泵能自动切换。用Labview软件设计开发运行泵和备用泵自动转换系统,着重分析船用泵组的自动切换和顺序重启,最后针对船用泵一个重要故障进行了模拟仿真并验证。结果表明,大型船用泵自动切换中电气控制故障排查系统同时系统具备了系统抗干扰能力强、可靠性能强和精密度和准确度高的优点。
In order to ensure the safety of the marine, the electrical control of the large marine pump group is automatically switched on the failure to carry out the investigation. In this paper, introducing the design idea and the working principle of the automatic switching fault investigation of the electric control equipment of the large pump group, using the Labview control system to make the operation of the pump and the standby pump to be automatically switched. Using Labview software design and development of the automatic conversion system running pump and standby pump, and analyzes the automatic switching sequence and restart the pump group by boat, according to marine pump is an important fault simulation and verification. The results show that, the design of the electrical control system for the automatic switching of large marine pumps has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability, reliability and high precision and high accuracy.
