复合材料上舰应用的关键之一是能够对复合材料结构进行有效、快速地修复,避免由于材料结构受到损伤而对装备性能造成无法恢复的影响。本文研究了美国海军复合材料的修复技术和修复方法,介绍了美国海军提出的复合材料结构损伤分级概念,总结了渗湿对复合材料性能的影响,梳理了复合材料修复补丁设计,最后对美国海军水面舰艇复合材料推进轴套的具体修复方法进行了介绍。
Structural composite damage can seriously influences and degrades the ship's performances, therefore effective and rapid repair of structural composite is one of the key technologies to the application of composite materials on shipboard. This thesis illustrates the available repair technologies and methods in U.S. Navy, determination of level of composite repair, influence of composite moisture intrusion, as well as the structural composite patch design. The repair procedure of U.S. Navy propulsion shaft covering is also introduced.
