美军航空母舰技术保障人员多、专业复杂,在长期的实践中建立了先进的培养和晋升体系,在成长路线、培训、晋升、考评等方面对我具有重要的借鉴意义。本文详细研究分析美军航空母舰技术保障人员培养和选拔晋升的方法,为我航空母舰技术保障人员的培养和选拔晋升提供参考借鉴。
The quantity of the technicians of aircraft carrier of US navy is very huge, and its speciality is complex. Advanced training and promoting system was established in long term process of practice. The experiences of growing course, training, promoting and evaluating is very useful for us. In this paper, training and promoting system of the technicians of aircraft carrier of US navy was studied. The indication and references were put forward for training and promoting of the technicians of our aircraft carrier.
