为了保证船舶排气污染物排放能够达到《MARPOL公约》附录中TierⅢ氮氧化物排放限制的标准,实现准确检测船舶废气中NOX的含量。设计一种基于CAN总线和LabVIEW的船舶柴油机NOX在线检测系统。在实验测试过程中实时检测NOX浓度并与其他检测系统对比检测结果。实际应用结果表明,该系统实时性好、可靠性高,取得良好效果。
In order to ensure that the discharge of pollutants discharged from ships can reach the standard of Tier III NoX emission limits in the appendix of the MARPOL convention. To realize the accurate detection of the content of NoX in the ship's exhaust gas. An online detection system of exhaust NoX of marine diesel engine is designed based on CAN bus and LabVIEW the process of the experiment test, Detecting the NoX concentration in real time and compared with other detection system test results. The practical application results show that the system has good real-time performance and high reliability, and has achieved good results.
