船冰碰撞是一个复杂的动力学过程,如何得到碰撞中的冰载荷一直是船舶碰撞研究领域的热点之一。本文分别建立300 000 t冰区航行船和层冰的有限元模型,基于弹塑性理论及非线性有限元理论,利用MSC.Dytran对其碰撞进行数值仿真,模拟了船首及层冰的接触碰撞过程,最终得到船冰碰撞过程中的碰撞力、船首结构响应、船航速变化及能量耗散等参数。分析船冰碰撞过程中的碰撞机理及特性,并对冰区航行船特别是其船壳提出结构加强的建议,为设计冰区航行船提供一定的参考。
Since the impact between the ice navigating ship and the sea ice is a complicated dynamical procedure, it is one of the key issues in ship-ice collision research to get the ice load between ship and ice. The main work in this paper is establishing the FEM models of a 300 000 tons ice navigating ship and the level ice to simulate the contact between them by using MSC.Dytran based on the elastic-plastic theory and the nonlinear finite element theory. In the end, the collision force, structural dynamic responses of damage deformation of the ship, the change of the ice navigating ship velocity and the energy dissipation in this process and etc. The collision mechanism and the characteristics in the contact process between the ship and ice are analyzed, and it provides reference for anti-ice load structural design of the ice navigating ships by offering some proposals to reinforce the structure of the shell in this ice navigating ship.
