探讨在全面推进知识管理进程背景下船舶科技声像档案的首要工作，论述科技声像信息从采集、整理归存到知识提取过程环节的基本要求和手段，为实现全方位知识资源库建设和以声像为媒介的知识共享、知识交流、知识创造夯实基础。
This paper discusses the most important work of ship science and technology video archives in the background of comprehensively promoting the knowledge management process, and it expounds the basic requirements and means of science and technology video information from collection, filing to knowledge extraction. This will lay a solid foundation for realize the comprehensive knowledge resources construction and for knowledge sharing, knowledge exchange and knowledge creation based on video.
