本文介绍了自主研发、国产化率90%、工作深度达4 500 m的“海马”号无人遥控潜水器。首先介绍ROV作业系统构成,描述ROV总体设计,提出核心框架的设计理念,对ROV的电子控制系统进行说明和分析。最后,重点介绍自主研发的ROV控制系统软件,并对该软件的特点进行阐述。自主研发的深海作业型ROV“海马”号,实现关键技术国产化,在海洋科学研究、海底资源调查、水下油气工程、深海救助打捞以及水下军事领域等方面具有重要的价值和战略意义。
This paper introduces the ROV named Sea Horse, it is rated to a depth of up to 4 500 m in seawater. It is developed domestically, with 90% of its parts and components having been obtained locally. First, the formation of the ROV operation system is introduced. Then the general design of the ROV is described alongside the core frame design. Finally, the characteristics of the ROV control system's independently developed software is elaborated upon. The key technological components and parts of the ROV have been developed domestically, and have been proven successful through numerous deep sea trials. This ROV, while highly capable for ocean science research, seabed resource surveying, and underwater oil engineering, it also provides an immeasurable significance for future ocean exploration, ocean travel, deep sea salvage, and life saving purposes.
