文章首先对鱼雷寿命、贮存、任务剖面进行分析,设计出鱼雷在不同阶段的剖面图,进而分析了鱼雷在运输、库房(技术阵地)贮存、艇上装载和实航各个阶段所受到的应力以及各应力对鱼雷寿命的影响,最后按照一定的规则对多个任务的试验剖面数据进行处理合成后得到综合试验剖面。设计所得的综合试验剖面对鱼雷进行可靠性试验有指导意义。
Firstly, this paper analyzed the torpedo's life, the storage and mission profile,and then the profile of a single torpedo in the different periods of section was designed, then analyzed the press that torpedo received and it's influence on torpedo during transportation, stored in warehouse or technical positions, loaded in battleships and every period in real use situations. Finally, according to some certain rules, a synthesized test profile was generated by the processing of data which were collected from several experiment mission's test profile. The final designed synthesized test profile has guiding meaning for the torpedo's reliability testing projects.
