膜盘联轴器以其结构简单、体积小、可靠性高能够最大限度的通过其弹性变形补偿输入输出端的位移偏差,而被广泛应用于航空、船舶以及化工等领域。膜盘是联轴器关键部件之一,但作为旋转机械,膜盘属于易损部件,故本文对膜盘在各载荷作用下应力分布情况进行仿真分析,同时对其扭转刚度、轴向刚度、角向刚度做计算分析,计算结果可为膜盘结构设计以及优化提供重要参考。
Diaphragm coupling with its simple structure, small size, high reliability and can compensate for its input and output displacement deviation by its maximize elastic deformation is widely used in aerospace, marine, and chemical etc. diaphragmis an important work indiaphragm coupling. But as rotary machinery, it iseasily damaged. Therefore, in this paper, simulation analysis the stress distribution of diaphragm coupling at each load and its torsional stiffness, axial stiffness and angular stiffness are made calculation and analysis. The results can be used as an important reference for design and optimization of diaphragm coupling.
