为提高船舶操舵控制系统的可靠性,提出采用四通道余度管理技术,4套操舵控制箱互为备份,通过数据交叉链路和控制指令表决处理的冗余设计,当N(N≤3)套操舵控制箱发生故障下,保证系统还能正常运行并可靠工作。该技术在大型船舶自动操舵仪和无人船等领域具有良好的应用前景。
In order to improve the reliability of the ship rudder control system, the four-channel redundancy management technology is proposed. Four sets of steering control cabinets are backup mutually. Through redundant design of cross-channel data link and control command voting, when N(N≤3) sets of steering control cabinets are under failure, the proposed method ensures that the system can operate effectively and normally. In the fields of automatic pilot instruments of large vessels and unmanned vessels, the method has good application prospect.
