本文针对壳体类试验样品在水静压力试验下的渗漏及变形等问题展开研究,提出2种能够准确判定壳体类样品在水静压力试验中何时何等压力条件下发生变形或渗漏的方法。通过试验得出以下结论:通过特殊研制的水听装置能够判断壳体样品发生渗漏或变形的时间以及压力;试验实时压力与液位曲线存在一一对应关系,通过压力与液位曲线的关系能够判断样品发生渗漏或变形的时间以及压力。
In this paper, the problems such as leakage and deformation of shell samples under water pressure test are studied. Two kinds of method can be used to determine the deformation or leakage of shell. The result shows that: Through special water listening equipment can determine the shell sample leakage or deformation of the time and pressure; Test real-time pressure and liquid level curve is a one-to-one relationship, through the pressure and liquid, the relationship between the curves can determine the time and pressure of shell samples' leakage and deformation.
