筒盖系统的机械机构和液压系统的设计直接影响到潜载导弹的战术指标,开盖时间和开盖角度是筒盖系统的主要开盖特性。本文通过数值模拟揭示了筒盖系统的关键参数对开盖特性的影响规律,利用AMESim软件建立筒盖系统的仿真模型,得出电机转速、液压泵排量、溢流阀压力、筒盖质量、油缸行程等关键参数对开盖特性的影响规律,研究结果表明:液压系统允许的最大流量决定了筒盖系统的开盖时间,开盖过程中承受的负载受筒盖的重力和比例调速阀形成的背压共同决定,油缸的行程对开盖角度起到决定性作用,比例调速阀的额定流量与控制策略共同决定液压系统的最大流量。
The design of mechanical structure and hydraulic system of cover system directly affects the tactical index of the submarine to ground guided missile launcher, the opening time an angle are the main features of the cover system. In This paper, the influence regulation of the critical parameters of the cover system on the opening characteristics is revealed by numerical simulation, the simulation model cover system was established in AMESim environment, the effects of motor speed, pump displacement, overflow valve pressure, cover quality, cylinder stroke and other critical parameters on the opening characteristics were obationed. The results show that, the maximum flow allowed by the hydraulic system determines the opening time of the cover system, the load under the opening process is determined by the gravity of the cover and the back pressure formed by the proportional speed control valve, the stroke of the route of cylinder plays a decisive function in opening angle, the proportional speed control valve and control strategy decide the maximum flow of hydraulic system together.
