极地破冰船作为开辟极地航道、资源开采的必要装备，是各国推进极地战略的重要抓手。本文重点介绍美俄等环北极国家近年来破冰船技术的发展现状及未来趋势，并以此对我国破冰船的发展给出启示与建议。
As the essential equipment to assist the shipping and resources exploitation, icebreakers are the key to advance the Arctic strategy. This article focuses on the current development and future trend of the icebreaker technology in Russia, the United States and other surround-arctic countries. Finally, the enlightenments and suggestions to the development of icebreakers in our country are given.
