对角修形是一种采用在斜齿轮上三维修形技术,对角修形较常规修形相比,齿面没有修整的部分小很多,保留齿面更大的有效承载面积,可明显降低齿面接触应力,减小传动误差。本文针对斜齿轮对角修形的基本原理,首次提出了斜齿轮对角修形设计要点,并对船舶典型齿轮箱中的一对斜齿轮进行对角修形设计及计算分析,本研究对修形齿轮的设计具有一定的指导作用。
Gear Triangular end modification is a kind of three-dimensional modification, and change smaller on Helical gear face compare to lead modification and profile modification. Due to triangular end modification keep more area on load gear face, it can significantly reduce contact stress and transmission error when properly selected. Base on the theory of triangular end modification, this report first bring forward the key of design triangular end modification. This report analyses the ship gearbox performance by use the method for instance. This research can guiding the design of Triangular end modification on helical gear.
