本文对J型铺管船的静、动态动力定位性能开展研究,得到风速包络线和推力使用率,确定了铺管船能够抵抗的极限载荷,以及在作业工况下推力使用情况。在时域中对动力定位的J型铺管船进行了运动模拟,确定了船舶的定位精度,并对铺管作业对定位能力的影响展开研究,研究了以不同角度进行管道铺设时对推力使用率的影响,在时域中研究并比较分析了进行铺管作业船舶的动力定位精度。本文明确了船舶在铺设管线时的动力定位能力,为工程实践提供参考。
Dynamic and Static capability for dynamic positioning of J-lay vessel is studied in this paper . Speed limit and thrust utilization were calculated so that the limit load amd thrust utilization under design condition were determined. In the time domain, the ship motions were simulated with dynamic positioning model so as to certain the positioning accuracy. The influence of pipe laying on the dynamic positioning capability is studied. Influences on the thrust utilization and ship motions in the time domain under different pipe-laying angles were analyzed. The dynamic positioning capability when ship lays pipes is ensured. It also provides reference to design and operation.
