为优选舰船执行不同任务时动力系统最佳运行方案,首先综合考虑舰船任务特点、动力系统使用管理经验等因素,给出舰船动力系统使用效能指标体系,并对指标进行规范化处理;然后,兼顾评估专家对指标的偏好和动力系统运行特性,并结合最优传递矩阵法避免多次重复的一致性检验,将主观评判的最优传递矩阵-层次分析法和客观评判的信息熵赋权法融合,提出基于最小二乘原理的组合赋权法确定各指标的权重;最终计算得到舰船执行特定任务时动力系统的综合效能评价值,确定了执行具体任务时动力系统运行方案优劣,进而为制定合理的动力系统运行方案提供极具针对性地指导。
In order to select the optimal operation program of the power system when the warship perform different missions, the index system for program evaluation of warship power system is firstly proposed, which consider the task characteristics of warship, the management experience of power system and others factors. And then, taking into account the experience of experts and the operational characteristics of power system, and also combing with the optimal transfer matrix method, a new weighting method based least squares is proposed to determine the weight of each index, which fuse the modified analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method based on the competent judge with the information entropy method based on objective evaluation. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation values of the power system are calculated when the warship perform specific missions, and the optimal operational plan of power system is also determined. Thus the research results can effectively guide us to develop a reasonable operation program of power system.
