针对工业燃机对燃料适用性的要求,在某型燃机燃烧室的基础上,设计了一款可以兼顾柴油与天然气并满足工程应用的双燃料燃烧室。为考察天然气组分变化对燃烧室性能的影响,采用CFD软件对双燃料燃烧室在不同天然气组分情况下的燃烧场进行数值分析。研究结果表明,当天然气燃料中含有的惰性气体越多时,燃料喷射速度越高,燃烧室出口温度分布均匀性变差,燃烧区最高温度越低,高温区面积越小,高温区逐渐后移。
To make use of different fuels for industrial gas turbine, the present work has designed one type of dual-fuel combustor which can burn oil or methane at any working condition at the bases of one type of gas turbine combustor. In order to investigate the influence of CO2 composition changing on the combustion performance, combustion flows were simulated using CFD software. Research results show that the fuel jet velocity became higher, the OTDF and RTDF deteriorated, Maximum temperature of combustion zone became lower, The area of the high temperature area is smaller and had retroposition when the more inert gas contained in natural gas.
