依据复合材料连接测试标准ASTM5961,通过试验对比分析复合材料单向板试件采用3倍孔边距开孔螺栓连接、孔内预埋金属套筒件螺栓连接、层间预埋环形金属件螺栓连接3种形式的连接强度及破坏形式。3种连接形式试件的破坏形式都是挤压破坏,表明3倍孔边距可实现复合材料层合板螺栓连接最大承载力。带有预埋件的连接结构的承载能力较强,尤其是钢板预埋件的连接结构,其承载能力约为其他2种连接形式的3倍,不考虑重量因素是一种连接强度和可靠性高的螺栓连接方式。
Based on ASTM5961, a joint testing standard of composite materials, this experiment makes comparative analyses of joint strength and destruction of three bolt joint forms used in composite lamina specimen, including a form with a distance between the center of the hole and the edge of the specimen equaling to three times the diameter of the hole, a form with metal sleeve part embedded in the hole and one with circular metal part embedded in layers. The failure forms of the three specimens are all extrusion damages, which shows the maximum bearing capacity of composite laminates bolts joint can be achieved by the way of the first joint form mentioned above. The joint with embedded parts has greater bearing capacity, especially with joint structure of steel plate embedded parts whose bearing capacity is three times stronger than the other 2 forms, which, if no weight factor is taken into account, is a bolt joint of high strength and reliability.
