为研究天然气和柴油喷射时刻对双燃料发动机的燃烧特性的影响,通过AVL-FIRE软件,以固定喷射间隔下的不同喷射时刻为研究变量,对其进行仿真研究。研究结果表明:随着天然气喷射时刻的推迟,缸内平均压力和温度的峰值逐渐降低,减小了发动机的机械负荷和热负荷;天然气于上止点时刻喷射,速燃期和缓燃期的时间之和最短,燃烧过程最快;氮氧化物排放量随喷射推迟有明显减少,故推迟燃料的喷射有利于优化排放。
In order to study the effect of injection timing on the marine dual fuel engine, the AVL-FIRE was used to do the simulation on the different injection timing under fixed injection interval. The results show that, with the delay of natural gas injection, the mean pressure peaks and the mean temperature peaks in the cylinder gradually reduced, which reduces the mechanical load and the thermal load of the engine. When the injection time of nature gas is in TDC, the sum of time of rapid combustion and slow combustion is shortest, the combustion process is the fastest. NOx emissions obviously reduce with the injection timing delay. Therefore, it is benefit to optimize the emissions by delaying the injection timing.
