净化系统的再生式、非再生式热交换器协同运行的匹配契合度直接影响到净化离子交换器的最佳运行状态,并且回水温度过低会造成主冷却剂管道的热应力和疲劳问题。为了探究净化系统中热交换器组协同运行关系,采用Relap5计算程序,对2台热交换器的协同工作特性进行计算分析,研究了再生式热交换器入口温度、设备冷却水流量以及设备冷却水入口温度的变化等敏感性参数对离子交换器的入口温度以及净化回流温度的影响,从而为净化系统的设计及运行提供参考。
Regeneration and non-regenerative heat exchanger in the purification system coupling run match fit directly affect the optimum operating state of ion-exchange plant, and too low return water temperature may lead to thermal stress or thermal fatigue for main pipe. In order to explore coupling relationship on operation in the heat exchanger group of the purification system, one calculation procedure named Relap5 was adopted to develop computational analysis in the collaborative working characteristics of the two heat exchanger group, which research what is the effect of such sensitive parameter as regenerative heat exchanger inlet temperature, equipment cooling water flow rate or inlet temperature has on the ion exchanger inlet temperature and the pure backwater temperature. The results can provide information for design and operating of purification system.
