为了减轻旋回架的重量和降低生产成本,实现轻量化设计的目的。通过均匀化方法理论,建立了以微结构单胞密度为设计变量,柔顺度最小为目标函数,体积函数为约束函数的拓扑优化数学模型,并通过Ansys有限元软件,对某型舰炮托架进行了拓扑优化研究。根据优化结果对托架进行了结构改进和有限元分析,分析结果表明,在满足结构刚、强度的条件下,托架质量减轻了16%,较好地达到了设计目标,实现了托架结构轻量化设计的目的。这对于舰炮结构改进设计具有工程应用价值,对其他一般机械结构问题也提供了一种设计思路。
In order to reduce the weight of the bracket and reduce the production cost, the purpose of lightweight design is realized. Through homogenization theory, a mathematical model of topology optimization is established with the single cell density as the design variables, the minimum degree of compliance as the objective function, and the volume function as the constrain function, and through the finite element software Ansys, the topology optimization of a certain type of naval gun bracket is studied. According to the topology optimization results, the structure of bracket is improved and analyzed by the finite element method. The analysis results show that under the premise of meeting the stiffness and strength of the structure, the weight of the bracket is reduce by 16%, better than the optimization goal, and the lightweight design of the bracket structure is realized. It's conclusion that this has the engineering application value for the naval gun structural improvement design, and also provides a design idea for other general mechanical structure problems.
