本文通过运行函数表达式形式,在ADAMS软件环境下实现了不同刚度环形弹簧工作特性仿真,并利用该方法对某小口径火炮的后坐复进过程进行仿真计算,其结果与试验数据吻合较好,该仿真方法方便、准确,针对生产过程中出现环形弹簧刚度降低对后座规律影响有理论指导意义,也可应用于其他特殊弹簧的仿真,提高火炮后座复进过程仿真计算效率。
In this paper,introduce the method of simulation the annular spring with runtime function in ADAMS,and simulating the recoiling displacement of one gun. The result showed that the method is correct,and it can also be used in simulation analysis of other special spring.
