在现代电力船舶推进系统中,能量管理系统(PMS)是起到优化船舶运行、防止船舶发生故障的作用,是整个船舶的重要组成部分。本文在分析发电机组响应特性的基础上,首先验证发电机组加载、减载的可靠性,并分析了不同减载策略控制方法。根据不同方法控制策略的优劣性,采用综合的控制方法进行控制设计,设定最大安全时间为目标函数,分别分析低瞬态负载和高瞬态负载的情况下减载量的最优选择,描述在发电机组发生跳闸情况下的可靠性以及更快的减载速度方面的表现。本文在提出的优化减载量的基础上,结合船舶失电快速性的特点,提出一种在系统频率变化未知时频率检测的方法,通过2次不同电压的采样值,在船舶发生电网故障时,能有效快速地检测电网频率的变化,为减载系统及时提供控制信号以进行减载控制。
In the modern power of ship propulsion system, energy management system (PMS) is an optimization of ship operation, to prevent the malfunction of the ship is a very important part of the whole ship. In this paper, based on the analysis of the generating set response characteristics, firstly, verify the reliability of generator load, lightening, and analyzes the different load shedding strategy control method. According to the advantages and disadvantages of different methods control strategy, adopt comprehensive control method for control design, set maximum safe time as objective function, and analysis of low transient load and high transient load capacity reduction under the condition of the optimal choice describe the generator tripping happens, the reliability and the performance of the lightening speed faster; This paper put forward the optimization of the reduced loads, on the basis of combining the characteristics of ship electric power loss, put forward a system frequency changes of unknown frequency detection method, through two different sampling values of voltage, the ship power grid fault occurs, can detect the change of the power grid frequency, effective fast as lightening system provide control signals to control the lightening.
