本文建立航行器发射过程气密环透气三维数值分析模型,在数值仿真中考虑燃气入口参数进入筒底后作用于航行器底部的作用过程,气密环透气孔工质气体流动及各腔分布特性,获得气密环分隔的各环腔工质气体流场分布规律,同时设计了地面动态发射试验,监测了航行器发射过程气密环开孔各腔压力分布规律。结果表明,本文建立的缩比模型数值分析获得的透气压力与试验测试数据规律一致,通过发射气密环开设小孔可有效控制其各环腔压力分布,研究方法可指导航行器水下发射气密环透气研究。
The 3D numerical simulation model of seal leak for vehicle launch is set up, using the gas-steam import parameter, the pressure impulse on the base and the gas flowage through the small hole in the seal were considered in the model. The characteristics of the flow field in the annular spaces by seal were achieved through the simulation. Also the data of launch test was achieved. It shows that the leak pressure through the seal from simulation results and the test results are coincident, and the pressure in the annular spaces can be regulated by seal leak through the hole. The research is useful to analysis seal leak for underwater vehicle launch.
