水下航行器推进电机在低电压低速大扭矩工作过程中定子绕组电流大,发热严重,产生热量因空间体积限制难以散出,导致电机本体温度升高,永磁体工作性能下降,定子铜耗增加,电机效率下降。进而影响其运行性能和可靠性,因此必须进行强制冷却。本文对大功率无刷直流电机建立数学模型,利用motor-CAD软件对2种冷却介质EWG50/50(乙二醇和水各50%的混合物)、DB-10(变压器油)在不同冷却流量条件下的稳态温度场进行研究,对冷却效果进行了比较分析,为电机强制冷却提供依据。
The underwater vehicle propulsion motor is limited by the space volume during continuous operation with low speed and high torque, causing the motor body temperature to rise, permanent magnet work performance decreased, the stator copper consumption increases, motor efficiency is reduced. Thereby affecting its operational performance and reliability, so it must be forced to cool. In this paper, the mathematical model of high power brushless DC motor is established, the use of motor-CAD software on the two cooling medium EWG50/50 (Ethylene glycol and water each 50% mixture)、DB-10 (Transformer oil), the steady-state temperature field under different cooling flow conditions is studied, and the cooling effect is compared and analyzed, which provides the basis for the forced cooling of the motor.
