爆炸冲击损伤会对舰船航行和作战造成严重影响,而爆炸后的剩余强度研究对于评估舰船损伤后的生命力具有重要意义。本文以U型折叠式夹层板为研究对象,对水下爆炸冲击损伤后的U型夹层板开展弯曲实验,研究弯曲载荷作用下夹层板在纵、横2个方向的极限承载力和损伤变形模式。根据实验应用有限元软件Abaqus开展数值仿真分析,并把实验和仿真结果进行对比,以验证和完善有限元仿真分析技术,为分析基于夹层板的舰船结构强度提供技术支撑。
The impact damage caused by explosion will have a serious impact on the ship's navigation and operation. Also the study of the residual strength after the explosion is of great significance for the assessment of the ship's life after the damage. In this paper, U-type folding sandwich panel is used as the object of study, and the U-type sandwich plate after underwater explosion shock impact in bending test is carried out, the ultimate strength and damage deformation modes of the sandwich plate in both longitudinal and transverse directions under bending load are obtained. Then, the numerical simulation analysis is carried out with the ABAQUS software, and the experimental and simulation results are compared to verify and improve the finite element simulation analysis technology to provide technical support for the analysis of the strength of ship based on the sandwich plates.
