快速开启机构是一种利用较小力开启高压容器的机构,是舰船消防系统中的重要部件。本文针对某快速开启机构进行力学分析,得到其放大因子计算公式;分析其摩擦系数、某些结构参数对放大因子的影响,为结构优化提供理论支持。
Quick opening institution can open the pressure vessel with small effort, it is a major part of fire fighting system on vessel. Getting the calculation formula of amplification factor by mechanical analysis of Quick Opening institution, it analyzes the effluence of relevant parameters on amplification factor. This provides theory support for the structural optimization.
