非金属材料的VOC初始浓度值是研究非金属材料VOC释放规律的关键参数之一,VOC的初始含量是整个释放过程的源头,有研究表明,VOC初始浓度的大小与释放量近似成线性关系,对材料的扩散传质系数和分配系数有着较为明显的影响。本文基于国内外对于VOC初始浓度测定方法的研究,详细介绍了目前常用的几种测定方法,对各种方法的优缺点进行评价,同时也指出了现有测试方法的不足之处和进行改进的着力点。
The initial concentration of VOC in nonmetallic materials is one of the key parameters to study the VOC release from nonmetallic materials. The initial content of VOC is the source of the whole release process. It is shown that the initial concentration of VOC is in a linear relationship with the VOC release, and has obvious impact on the diffusion coefficient and the partition coefficient of the material. This paper introduced several commonly used measurements of VOC initial concentration in detail based on the domestic and foreign research on the initial concentration of VOC research methods, and evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, but also pointed out the shortcomings of the existing test methods and improvement direction.
