船用隔振器性能评估一般以垂向、横向或纵向状态进行,实际上,舰船航行会发生一定的横倾、纵倾和横摇、纵摇,隔振器受力状态会发生变化,偏离理想评估状态,其刚度特性也会与评估试验值不同,从而对舰船辐射噪声产生一定影响。本文以常见的船用隔振器为研究对象,分析舰船发生纵倾和横摇时,隔振器刚度特性物理模型的变化情况,并通过试验验证所得到的理论研究结果,为进一步优化隔振器使用、舰船动态辐射噪声评估提供参考。
The estimation of the performance of vibration isolators on ship is usually conducted on a horizontal base. However, it is rarely that ships could keep steady due to the wave, so the vibration isolators are often at a slant. The stiffness of vibration isolators is supposed to be different the conventional experimental result, which may affect their performance on vibration isolation. This paper presents the numerical and experimental investigation into the stiffness of some common vibrations isolators on ship when they are at a slant. By comparing the stiffness of vibrations isolators at different angles of inclination, it helps to optimize the vibration isolators and provides instructions for users.
