系统声学性能是制约船舶总体声学性能的技术短板。从船舶系统运行的特点出发,利用船舶机械系统总功率与系统辐射噪声的关系,分析得到在船舶系统运行的诸多参数中,流量、压力以及设备运行状态是影响系统声学性能的关键因素,同时还要控制附件所在部位的局部运行参数。针对船舶系统低噪声设计的需要,确定了应用系统工况调节方式、构造型式、整体布置以及系统噪声传递通道的量化平衡等4个方面的参数,能够将其声学性能进行全面的表征。然后分别对这4个方面带来的船舶系统声学性能的影响进行分析,给出了它们在船舶系统设计时的指导原则,能够为指导船舶系统开展低噪声设计提供技术支撑。
According to the demands of the control of noise source and the noise transfer route, the influence of the acoustic design parameters on noise performance is analyzed and the parameters system is established of the shipping system, from regulation of working conditions, construction types, overall layout of the piping systems, and quantitative balance of the transfer channel. Relying on the fuzzy satisfaction degree theory of multi-objective and multi-constraints, the acoustical tradeoff methods for multi-parameters design was established. The application of the acoustical tradeoff methods showed that this method can make the objective judgment to the overall effect of the system design by integrated satisfaction degree. The technical defects and the total benefits of the improvement of these technical defects can be evaluated by the single satisfaction degree value. A technical support for the low noise design of shipping system and the single technique applicable evaluation is offered.
