在满足安全条件下,针对舰载某型装置桁架式承载结构特点,提出了一种基于拓扑与参数联合优化的设计方法。首先,利用Ansys软件建立桁架结构在全空间域内连续体模型,并划分非参与优化区和可优化区域,应用连续体结构拓扑优化方法,找出结构最优传力路径,获取结构的材料布局。结合实际工程经验,提炼出稳定可靠的桁架结构拓扑设计。然后,建立桁架结构参数化有限元模型,以重量为目标,对设计的桁架结构进行参数优化设计。经过优化设计,优化后桁架结构满足设计要求,并且在结构重量方面有明显的优势,有效减轻结构重量。联合优化设计方法,优化效率高,结果稳定,具有较高通用和实用性,可应用到同类型结构优化设计中。
Under safe conditions,against the characteristics of truss type bearing structure for a ship-mounted device,proposing a combine optimization method based on topological optimization and parameter optimization. First of all, establishing continuum model of truss structure with ANSYS software, and dividing into non-optimized area and optimized area. Applying continuum topology optimization method to obtain optimum force transmission path, getting the material distribution of the structure. Accoding to engineering experience, refining truss topology. Then establishing the truss parametric model, using weight as the goal of optimization. By optimized design, truss structure meets mechanical requirement, and reduces weight effectively. Combine optimization design method is effective and practical, also can be extended to the same type of structural design.
