船用起重机通过采用电动缸支撑、电机驱动方案技术,对电动缸、起重臂、转台组成的并联四连杆机构的非线性关系进行动力学分析研究,对船用起重机装置的简化物理模型建立力学方程、运动学方程、动力学方程,描绘起升系统运动特性规律,摸索电动缸在机械起重机上应用的可行性,为电动缸在机械工程领域的应用奠定理论基础。
Ship-crane adopt electric cylinder support, motor-drive scheme technology. Dynamic analysis of the nonlinear relationship of the parallel four-bar mechanism consisting of an electric cylinder, a crane jib, a superstructure was researched. The mechanical equations, kinematic equations and dynamic equations for simplified physical models of ship-crane installation was established. The characteristics of the movement for the hoist system was depicted, exploring the feasibility of the application of electric cylinder on mechanical crane. The theoretical foundation for the application of electric cylinder in the field of mechanical engineering was laid.
