载船浮箱下水是一个技术复杂且事故因素较多的工艺过程。运用整船三维有限元分析方法评估首次采用载船浮箱下水方式的万吨级舰船在深水坞内边墩、尾部支墩拆除后的结构安全性。通过多种工艺方案的对比分析、反复优化和理论验证,提出了船体、支撑系统和浮箱的加强设计方案,已成功应用于实船,保证了该产品安全、可靠、稳妥的下水。
Ship launching by pontoon is a process incorporation complicated technology and numerous accident possibilities. The global three-dimensional finite elements analysis method is adopted to evaluate a large warship structure safety after side supports and aft buttress removed in deep dock condition. The strengthen design of hull structure, support and pontoon are put forward based on contrastive analysis, repeated optimization and theoretic verification of multiple process scheme. This has been successfully applied to the actual ship, guaranteeing the launching safe and reliable.
