本文简要阐述了舰船齿轮传动装置减振降噪的军事意义和作用,在明确了齿轮传动装置振动噪声产生机理的基础上,从传动装置总体、传动齿轮和箱体支撑三方面分别论述了目前常用的减振降噪措施,并通过实例证明可达到的振动控制效果;进一步探讨了我国在舰船齿轮传动装置减振降噪技术积累和试验研究方面存在的不足,并从建立技术体系的角度提出了传动装置振动控制技术进一步发展的建议,有助于我国舰船齿轮传动装置减振降噪技术的全面发展。
In this paper, the military significance and function of vibration and noise reduction of ship gear transmission are briefly described. On the basis of clarifying the production mechanism for vibration and noise of gear transmission, the current measures of the vibration and noise reduction have been discussed from three aspects, such as the whole transmission device, transmission gears and boxes. Meanwhile, many real examples have been performed to prove the effect which we can achieve about vibration control; then the shortcomings which exist in our country about technology accumulation and experimental study of the vibration and noise reduction of ship gear transmission have been explored further. So, some suggestion about these improvements has been propounded based on horizon of establishing technical systems, which is helpful to make more progress for the more comprehensive development of vibration and noise reduction technology of ship gear transmission of our country in the future.
