采用添加力学计算模型的RELAP5程序对小型堆的压力安全系统(释放阀、安全阀)排放过程进行瞬态计算分析。论证释放阀、1#安全阀和2#安全阀的排放容量,分析了稳压器在2个超压状态下,压力安全系统排放过程中稳压器压力、阀门流量、阀后管道冲击力、排放蒸汽质量的瞬态过程趋势。结果表明:所设计的压力安全系统释放阀、安全阀组能够满足预期功能需求,设计时必须考虑管道支承和加固措施,从而应对瞬态喷放对管道的冲击力。
By using the RELAP5 code added with a mechanical model, the relief valve and safety valve transient discharge process of small reactor pressure safety system is analyzed and calculated. The discharge capacity of the release valve, 1#safety valve and 2#safety valve is demonstrated. The discharging transient process trends are analyzed in the two specified overpressure cases, which are pressurizer pressure, valve mass flow, valve shock force and discharging steam mass. The results show that the designed pressure relief valve and safety valve group can meet the expected functional requirements. The pipe support and reinforce strategy must be carefully considered in design to deal with transient shock force on the pipe system.
