前置预旋定子是一种水动力性能良好的节能装置,目前没有一种明确的结构强度分析方法。本文以1艘4万吨散货船前置预旋定子为研究对象,针对前置预旋定子航行状态分析,确定了前置预旋定子载荷计算方法。并在此基础上对所设计的定子结构进行振动和强度校核。本文所提出的定子结构强度分析方法还可以应用于同类节能装置的强度校核。
Pre-swirl stator (PSS) is one of well-performing hydrodynamic energy saving devices. At present, there are no specify method for the strength of PSS. In this paper, a 40K DWT bulk carrier's PSS is taken for a research object. The load calculation method is determined for the PSS's navigational state. This method is used to analysis the strength and vibration characteristics. The strength evaluation method in this report can be applied to the similar structure strength evaluation.
