槽道型船具有良好的快速性、耐波性和稳性,而采用铝合金建造的船舶具有结构重量轻、耐腐蚀等优点,因此槽道型铝合金船备受关注。本文以某含大开口的槽道型铝合金船为研究对象,通过水动力分析构造等效设计波,采用结构强度直接计算法对结构的总纵强度、总横强度、纵向扭转强度、横向扭转强度进行校核。结果显示,该船的总强度满足规范的要求,但由于主甲板开口群的存在,使得开口角隅处的应力接近许用应力值,需要重点关注。此外,该船总横弯矩下的应力较大,而扭矩引起的应力较小,表明槽道型船与常规的单体船、双体船存在一定差别。
The channel type craft is provided with good rapidity, seakeeping and stability. And the aluminum ship has the advantages of light weight and corrosion resistance. Therefore, the channel aluminum alloy ship has attracted much attention. In this paper, an aluminum alloy ship with a large opening was studied. The equivalent design wave was constructed by hydrodynamic analysis, and then direct calculation of structure strength for the ship was carried out. The result showed that the strength of the ship met the requirements of the standard. However, the presence of the openings on the main deck made the stress at the opening corner near the allowable stress value, which needs to be focused on. In addition, the total stress at the transverse bending moment is large and the stress under toque is small, which indicates that there is a certain different between the channel type ship and the conventional single hull and catamaran.
